Yes — direct transfers from Otopeni to Brasov, Sinaia, Constanta, Sibiu and any other city in Romania, at fixed prices published on our routes pages.

Submitting the form sends a booking request. Your transfer is confirmed only after a veeno. team member replies on WhatsApp or by phone with the pickup details and locked price. This normally takes a few minutes; if you hear nothing within 30 minutes, message us directly.

The first 15 minutes after the monitored landing time are included. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. If baggage, passport control or a special-assistance service will take longer, send us a message so we can coordinate the meeting point.

veeno. Black is best for up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases. The veeno. XL carries up to 8 passengers and 8 or more suitcases. Tell us about skis, golf bags, wheelchairs, oversized cases or several cabin bags before confirmation so we send the right vehicle.

Yes, free. Tell us your children’s ages when booking and the right seats will be installed before pickup.

Yes. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — VAT, fuel, tolls, meet & greet and 15 minutes of airport waiting included. No meter, no surge — and the night tariff (×1.25 between 20:00 and 06:00) is shown in your quote before you confirm.

Because the car must return to Bucharest after dropping you off, and we carry passengers, not freight. Competitors hide this in their rates — we state it. The published price already includes it.

Exactly what you booked: veeno. Black means a current Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series or Jaguar XJ; veeno. XL means a Mercedes V-Class or Vito Tourer 8+1. No silent downgrades.

Every veeno. driver speaks English. Drivers with German, French, Turkish, Hebrew or Arabic are available on request when you book ahead.

Yes. Enter the exact pickup and destination in the booking form for an estimate, or send the itinerary on WhatsApp. We quote addresses anywhere in Romania and selected cross-border trips, with the final price agreed before the ride.

Yes. A return on another date is booked as two fixed-price journeys. If you need the same car to remain with you between stops or meetings, choose hourly chauffeur hire instead; waiting then forms part of the reserved time.

Yes. Add the company name and billing details in the notes or send them before pickup. Romanian companies can receive an e-Factura invoice, while private and international clients can request the appropriate payment document.

Choose veeno. Black for up to 3 passengers, executive comfort and light luggage. Choose veeno. XL for families, groups of up to 8 or bulky luggage. The class is guaranteed; the exact model is selected from the vehicles listed for that class according to availability.

Usually, with advance notice. Describe the wheelchair or mobility aid, whether it folds, and how much assistance is needed before we confirm. We will match the vehicle and luggage space honestly; standard vehicles are not wheelchair-lift vehicles.

Add every request in the booking notes: children’s ages, stop addresses, luggage, name-sign text and preferred driver language. We confirm what is available in writing before the transfer, so the driver arrives prepared.

Published routes can start at any address in Bucharest or at Otopeni Airport (OTP). Hotel, apartment and office pickups are door to door. For another town, Băneasa Airport or multiple pickup points, request a custom quote.

We need the passenger name, reachable phone number, exact pickup and destination, date, local pickup time, passenger count and vehicle class. For airport collections, add the flight number; for children or unusual luggage, include those details too.
